STUDIO RULES

1. Respect the Space: Treat the studio and equipment with care.
2. Time Management: Your rental includes set-up, tear-down, and clean-up. End on time.
3. Clean Up: Leave the studio as you found it and return items to their places. If the studio requires cleaning beyond normal wear and tear, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
4. No Open Flames or Glitter: Candles, fires, and glitter are prohibited.
5. Wall Care: Do not attach anything to the wall.
6. Report Issues: Notify management immediately of any damages or repairs needed.
7. Handle Equipment Carefully: Lift and move furniture—do not drag. Return all items to their original spots.
8. No Explicit Content: Dinastia Studios does not permit nudity, sexually explicit activities, or any content that violates our professional standards. We reserve the right to decline bookings based on session descriptions.
9. Clear Description and Adherence: Provide a detailed description of your podcast’s content and intended use of the studio. Notify us by email if your plans change after booking.
10. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in our facility.
11. Alcohol Policy: If alcohol will be served or consumed during your session, you must obtain a special event alcohol license from the ABC prior to your studio time here

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Payment:
   • The total fee for booking the podcast studio is due at the time of booking to secure your date and time.
2. Cancellation Policy:
   • If you cancel via email at least 48 hours before your scheduled session:
     • A 30% cancellation fee will be deducted from your payment.
     • The remaining 70% will be refunded.
   • If you do not show up for your booked studio time or cancel less than 48 hours before your session:
     • No refunds will be issued.
3. Rescheduling Policy:
   • Rescheduling requests must be made via email and acknowledged by Dinastia Studios at least 48 hours before your booked session.
   • You may reschedule only once to a later available date within 60 days of your original booking.
   • A second reschedule is not allowed. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, your booking will be canceled, and no refunds will be issued.
   • Rescheduling less than 48 hours before your session is not permitted.
4. Late Arrival:
   • You must arrive at your booked session at the scheduled start time.If you are late, the session time at our podcast studio will not be extended or rescheduled. Refunds or credits are not available for sessions cut short or missed due to late arrival.

REFUND POLICY 

Our Commitment Before You Book: Dinastia Studios will make every effort to provide sample recordings and edited content examples prior to booking, so that prospective clients can make a fully informed decision about our services. By reviewing these samples and proceeding with a booking, the client acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to evaluate the quality and style of our work.

Recording Services: Once your studio session has taken place, no refunds will be issued for the recording service, regardless of the outcome of the recorded content. By attending and participating in your booked session, you acknowledge that the recording service has been fully rendered.

Editing Services: Once edited content has been delivered to the client, no refunds will be issued. If you are dissatisfied with the edit, you may submit a revision request in accordance with our Revision Policy (up to 2 revisions included). Additional revisions beyond the included allowance are available for an extra fee but do not qualify for a refund.

Acknowledgment: By booking our services, the client understands and agrees that all sales are final once services have been rendered or delivered. Disputes regarding delivered content will be addressed through the revision process outlined above, not through refunds.

CONTENT RECORDING AND EDITING POLICY

By booking our services and signing this agreement, the client agrees to the following:

• Video and Photography Content: Dinastia Studios may record video and photography content featuring the client’s face and likeness during the podcast studio session, ensuring that every moment is captured professionally at our podcast studio.

• Use of Third-Party Editors: The client agrees that Dinastia Studios may engage third-party and independent contractors (editors, engineers, photographers, etc.) to view, edit, and process their video and audio content.

• Privacy and Confidentiality: Dinastia Studios and its contractors will handle all content with the utmost care and confidentiality until the content is officially published or shared by the client.

DELIVERY POLICY

1. Turnaround Time:
   • Edited videos will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days of your recording session.
2. Revisions:
   • Clients may request up to 2 changes to the edited videos. Additional revisions will incur an extra fee.

COPYRIGHT & CONTENT USE

While we own the copyright to video contents recorded in our studio by default according to United States Federal Copyright act, Virginia law requires us to get your written consent to use such content for commercial purposes if they contain your likeness.

However, we are expressly granting you the permission to use your content recorded in our studio as follow:

• You may use the paid recorded content for your personal or commercial purposes, such as posting on social media, websites, apps, printed items and streaming platforms.
• We will request your written permission before using any of your content for portfolio displays, social media, website content and marketing.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

Dinastia Studios takes reasonable care in recording, editing, and delivering content. However, in the event that we fail to meet the obligations of this agreement—due to circumstances beyond our control, negligence, or otherwise—our liability is limited to a refund of all payments made by the client.

INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dinastia Studios, including its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates, against any loss, damages, claims, suits, liabilities, judgments, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

• The client’s negligence or willful misconduct.
• Any breach of this agreement by the client, their guests, agents, or vendors.
• Any activities conducted by the client during their session.

If a claim is made, the client will fully reimburse Dinastia Studios for any costs incurred in defending such an action, including fees for legal counsel approved by Dinastia Studios. This provision will remain in effect even after the termination or expiration of the client’s session contract, ensuring continuous protection for Dinastia Studios.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

Dinastia Studios may reschedule sessions at the discretion of the client or studio if the booked appointment day or time coincides with unfavorable weather conditions, including but not limited to:

• Heavy rain, snow, sleet, or hail
• Extreme cold or heat
• Any other unsafe or impractical weather conditions

We prioritize the safety and comfort of our clients and team. If rescheduling is necessary, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date.

SAFETY AND SECURITY POLICY

1. 24/7 Video Surveillance:
   • Our studios are under 24-hour video-only surveillance for security purposes.
2. Footage Access for Legal Purposes:
   • In the event of a legal investigation, we are obligated to provide video footage to law enforcement as required.
3. Reporting Security Concerns:
   • We will notify law enforcement of any security concerns as we deem necessary. If you observe or experience any safety or security issues during your visit, please notify us immediately.
4. Emergency Situations:
   • In case of an emergency, please call 911 first, then inform Dinastia Studios staff as soon as possible.
