STUDIO RULES

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, please follow these rules:

1. Respect the Space: Treat the studio and equipment with care.
2. Time Management: Your rental includes set-up, tear-down, and clean-up. End on time.
3. Clean Up: Leave the studio as you found it—take out trash and return items to their places. If the studio requires cleaning beyond normal wear and tear, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the client.
4. No Open Flames or Glitter: Candles, fires, and glitter are prohibited.
5. Wall Care: Do not attach anything to the wall.
6. Report Issues: Notify management immediately of any damages or repairs needed.
7. Handle Props Carefully: Lift and move furniture—do not drag. Return items to their original spots.
8. No Nudity or Explicit Content: Dinastia Studios does not shoot or permit nudity, sexually explicit activities, or any content that violates our professional standards. We have the right to turn down a booking request, based on the description of the session.
9. Clear Description and Adherence: To help us prepare well for your sessions, please describe your intended use of the studio and the type of photo shoot as detailed as possible. Endeavour to keep to the purpose of studio use and the booked photography session stated. Notify us by email if your photography intentions changed after booking.
10. Smoking: No smoking allowed in our facility
11. Alcohol: If alcohol serving and consumption is required for your shoot, you must obtain special event alcohol license from the county at this link  prior to your studio time

BOOKING AND CANCELATION POLICY

At Dinastia Studios and Spaces, we strive to provide a seamless and professional experience for all our clients. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review the following policies for Studio Space Booking, In-Studio Photography Sessions, and Wedding Photography at Dinasty Hall.

HOURLY STUDIO SPACE BOOKING

1. Payment:
   • The total fee for booking the studio space is due at the time of booking to secure your date and time.
2. Cancellation Policy:
   • If you cancel via email at least 48 hours before your scheduled session:
     • A 30% cancellation fee will be deducted from your payment.
     • The remaining 70% will be refunded.
   • If you do not show up for your booked studio time or cancel less than 48 hours before your session:
     • No refunds will be issued.
3. Rescheduling Policy:
   • Rescheduling requests must be made via email and acknowledged by Dinastia Studios at least 48 hours before your booked session.
   • You may reschedule only once to a later available date within 60 days of your original booking.
   • A second reschedule is not allowed. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, your booking will be canceled, and no refunds will be issued.
   • Rescheduling less than 48 hours before your session is not permitted.

IN-STUDIO PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION

If you are hiring our photographer for your photography session, the following applies:

Deposit and Payment:

1. • A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at booking to secure your date and time. This deposit will be credited toward your session fee.
   • 70% of the remaining balance is due before the session.
   • The final 30% is due after your images are delivered.
2. Cancellation Policy:
   • If you do not show up for your booked session or cancel less than 48 hours before your session:
     • No refunds will be issued.
3. Rescheduling Policy:
   • Rescheduling requests must be made via email and acknowledged by Dinastia Studios at least 48 hours before your booked session.
   • You may reschedule only once to a later available date within 60 days of your original booking.
   • A second reschedule is not allowed. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, your booking will be canceled, and no refunds will be issued.
   • Rescheduling less than 48 hours before your session is not permitted.

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY AT DINASTY HALL

If you’re hiring our photographer for your wedding hosted at our Dinasty Hall, the following applies:

• Deposit and Payment Schedule:

• A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required at booking to secure your wedding date.
• 50% of the total balance is due 3 months before the wedding date.
• The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the wedding date.

1. Cancellation Policy:
   • If you cancel via email and it is acknowledged by Dinastia Studios at least 2 months before the wedding date:
     • You will receive a refund of all payments made above the non-refundable deposit.
   • If you cancel less than 2 months before the wedding date:
     • No refunds will be issued, and you will forfeit all payments made, including the non-refundable deposit.
2. Rescheduling Policy:
   • Rescheduling requests must be made via email and acknowledged by Dinastia Studios at least 2 months before your wedding date.
   • You may reschedule only once to a later available date within 90 days of your original booking.
   • A second reschedule is not allowed. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, your booking will be canceled, and no refunds will be issued.
   • Rescheduling less than 2 Months before your wedding date is not permitted.
3. Failure to Pay:
   • If 50% of the total balance is not received 3 months before the wedding date:
     • Dinastia Studios reserves the right to cancel the contract.
     • You will forfeit the non-refundable deposit.

FAILURE TO MAKE FINAL PAYMENT 

Failure by client to make any  final payment as scheduled in the invoice attached to the signed contract shall be deemed a material breach of contract. In the event of a material breach we may cancel the contract and be relieved from any further obligation of performance. We may charge a $30 per day late fee in addition to the final balance until the balance is paid in full. If the balance is not paid after 30 days of the due date, we may send the client account to collections.

LATE ARRIVAL

You must arrive to your booked sessions at the scheduled start time. If you are late, the session time will not be extended or rescheduled. Refunds or credits are not available for sessions cut short or entirely missed due to a late arrival.

EDITING AND RETOUCHES

Since we take high quality pictures, your images will be delivered with basic retouch. A request for advanced touch for selected images will be at an additional fee. 

CONTENT RECORDING AND EDITING POLICY

By booking our services and signing this agreement, the client agrees to the following:

• Video and Photography Content: Dinastia Studios may record video and photography content featuring the client’s face and likeness during the session.

• Use of Third-Party Editors: The client agrees that Dinastia Studios may engage third-party and independent contractors (editors, engineers, photographers, etc.) to view, edit, and process their video and audio content.

• Privacy and Confidentiality: Dinastia Studios and its contractors will handle all content with the utmost care and confidentiality until the content is officially published or shared by the client.

IMAGE ARCHIVAL AND REMOVAL

You must view your images within 2 weeks, once the link to view and download  images are shared with you via email. After which they will be archived for a period of 1 month and then permanently removed from our system. Retrieving archived files will incur an additional $100 fee. 

IMAGE OUTCOME

Dinastia Studios does not warrant that it will provide specific images and shall not be liable if key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during the session.

COPYRIGHT & IMAGE USE BY STUDIO

• You may use your images for personal or commercial purposes, such as posting on social media, websites, and for product listing on online shops and advertisements.
• We will request your written permission before using any of your content for portfolio displays, social media, website content and marketing.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

Dinastia Studios takes reasonable care in capturing, processing, storing, and delivering images. However, in the event that we fail to meet the obligations of this agreement—due to circumstances beyond our control, negligence, or otherwise—our liability is limited to a refund of all payments made by the client.

For partial loss of original images, liability is limited to a prorated amount based on the percentage of images lost relative to the total number of images captured.

INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dinastia Studios, including its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates, against any loss, damages, claims, suits, liabilities, judgments, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

• The client’s negligence or willful misconduct.
• Any breach of this agreement by the client, their guests, agents, or vendors.
• Any activities conducted by the client during their session.

If a claim is made, the client will reimburse Dinastia Studios for the cost of defending such action, using legal counsel approved by Dinastia Studios. This provision remains in effect even after the termination of the client’s session contract.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Dinastia Studios may reschedule sessions at the discretion of the client or studio if the booked appointment day or time coincides with unfavorable weather conditions, that limits our operations including but not limited to:

• Heavy rain, snow, sleet, or hail
• Extreme cold or heat
• Any other unsafe or impractical weather conditions

We prioritize the safety and comfort of our clients and team. If rescheduling is necessary, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date. 

SAFETY AND SECURITY POLICY

At Dinastia Studios, the safety and security of our clients, staff, and property are our top priorities. To maintain a secure environment, we have implemented the following measures:

1. 24/7 Video Surveillance:
   Our studios are under 24-hour video-only surveillance for security purposes. This helps us monitor the premises and ensure a safe environment for everyone.
2. Footage Access for Legal Purposes:
   In the event of a legal investigation, we are obligated to provide video footage to law enforcement as required.
3. Reporting Security Concerns:
   We will notify law enforcement of any security concerns as we deem necessary. If you observe or experience any safety or security issues during your visit, please notify us immediately.
4. Emergency Situations:
   In case of an emergency, please call 911 first, then inform Dinastia Studios staff as soon as possible.
